RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on hair that has been worn, installed, customized, altered, colored, cut, washed, or otherwise modified.

• Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

• All approved returns will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
